Are All That Jas and Graham Sporting Goods the same store?
We are one company with two stores. While you might see some inventory that is the same, you will also see inventory that is different. Alamance County school spirit wear is only at Graham Sporting Goods Greek apparel is only at All That Jas. Both locations carry Elon University apparel. Both locations can help you with group orders.
How do I order?
We put a lot of our popular products on our website that you can order directly online! If you have something in mind that's not on the site, you can email, DM or call us and we can help! There are only so many options that we can configure online so often we can change colors, apparel and design! Do you do group orders?
Absolutely! Send us your idea to jasgrouporders@gmail.com and we can get going on a proof of the design! Check out our gallery to see some past group orders we’ve done. We have discounted orders based on how large the order is and the apparel/design choice. Below is a rough guideline.
· 25-49 Items - 10% off
· 50-74 Items - 15% off
· 75+ Items - 20% off
What kind of group orders do you do?
We can customize apparel any way you like. We carry a ton of brands and can get almost anything you’d like to order. It doesn’t just have to be apparel. We also do everything from golf towels for a charity event to tumblers for teacher appreciation. We can make anything for a team, club, organization, event or business.
Are you licensed for my organization?
We are proud to be licensed for the following organizations: Elon University, Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Epsilon Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Delta, Phi Mu, Sigma Kappa, Sigma Sigma Sigma, Zeta Tau Alpha and National Panhellenic Counsel.

What local spirit wear does Graham Sporting Goods carry in store?
We currently carry Blessed Sacrament, Burlington Christian Academy, Cummings High, Eastern High, Graham High, Southeast High, Southern High, Southern Middle, The Burlington School, Turrentine Middle, Western High and Williams High. Can you offer a virtual store for group orders?
YES. We can create an online store for your organization that only has your items on it. We need an open date, close date and products you want. We can create a design or use one you have. We can also offer a fundraising portion that allows you to raise money for your organization at the same time! Do you create the artwork or do I need to have it ready?
We love it when you have artwork that is ready to go. This means a vectored, PDF file for print or a DST for embroidery. It is not, however, required. We have an art team that can create designs from scratch, tweak a design or fix a low-quality file. Low quality files would be things like screen shots, PNGs, There is an art fee for any design that takes more than 15 minutes.
What is your art fee?
For group orders with 30+ pieces the first hour of art is complimentary. For orders under 30 pieces, the first 15 minutes (simple designs) are complimentary.
Our hourly art fee is $30.
For embroidery there is a one-time digitization fee of $35-$50. After you have the DST file, you can adjust colors and put it on anything; you just can’t adjust the size. This really depends on the size of the embroidery and number of stitches. A left chest/hat design is very different from a full back design.
I see an item on Instagram that isn’t online, can I still buy it?
Often yes! We can’t always put everything on the website, but email, DM or call us to order an item.
Can I use my gift certificate online?
Our gift cards can be used at EITHER location- All That Jas or Graham Sporting Goods. If you have a physical gift card you can use it IN store. If you can’t make it in store, we’re happy to take your order over the phone. If you have an E-Gift card you can use that ONLINE.
If I place an order today, how long will it take for me to receive my items?
Many items are ready within 2-3 days. For traditional stitched letter shirts, embroidery or applique items, please allow 2-3 weeks for production as these are custom items.
Please allow for additional time for shipping. We typically ship via USPS. If you are in Alamance County or the surrounding area, you have the option to place the online order and select "pick up at store."
You can always call to place an order and confirm your need by date.
If you need an item by a specified date please call the store to confirm before you order. We can usually rush an order for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
Your in stock items can be returned with tags on for an exchange or store credit only. ALL custom orders are final and we offer no refunds.

Will you come to my school, organization or event?
Yes! We can come to you and set up a personalized trunk show. This really just depends on time of year and what you’re looking for as far as product. We do a handful of pop-ups every year and would love to add yours to the list! We can also do a virtual store (see above).
